Position SummaryThe Sr. Systems Administrator is a senior individual contributor responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and services for Investco and its affiliated companies across a multi-site regional environment. Based on-site in Sumner, WA, and reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Sr. Systems Engineer, this role involves deploying, configuring, monitoring, and optimizing systems to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency across all supported locations. The Sr. Systems Administrator serves as a senior technical resource, playing a key role in developing IT policies, enhancing security measures, and leading technical initiatives to support business operations. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and expertise to Investco and its affiliated companies through video, phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions across the regional environment.Manage and maintain company computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure supporting all regional office locations, ensuring optimal performance and security.Administer and configure enterprise applications.Administer endpoint management and RMM tooling across company locations.Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices, including system hardening, threat detection, and incident response.Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and system usage guidelines.Serve as a technical resource and escalation point for infrastructure and security issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.Maintain IT asset compliance and inventory across all supported locations.Travel to regional office locations as needed, to support infrastructure and hardware needs.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance IT operations.Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. Qualifications, Skills and AbilitiesBachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).6+ years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure management, or a related role.Experience supporting a multi-tenant or multi-entity IT environment is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Hands-on experience with Windows, including command line and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and cloud technologies.Experience with virtualization platforms.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, CIS, etc.).Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets eligibility requirements required.Ability to lift 50 lbs. Why Work for Us?In addition to a variety of excellent benefits, the pay for this role is $50.00 - $58.00 per hour.  Actual compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.Competitive salaryHealth Insurance including Dental & Vision Insurance + FSA401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchLife InsuranceLong-term Disability Insurance9 paid Holidays and PTO We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
