This is an onsite position in Odessa, TX

The Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security across the organization. This role will work extensively with VMware virtualization environments, Veeam backup and recovery solutions, Active Directory administration, and storage platforms, with Pure Storage experience considered a strong plus. The engineer will support and optimize virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments, including Citrix-based solutions, and collaborate closely with networking and security teams; experience with Palo Alto firewalls is highly desirable. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills, sound judgment in production environments, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional IT team.
