This role is responsible for managing residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from initial loss through completion. The ideal candidate understands restoration workflows, insurance coordination, documentation compliance, and customer communication, and is ready to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced emergency services environment.
