Job description

This position will support and optimize the day-to-day operations of Tusker as they relate to NetSuite and other internal systems such as ConnectWise PSA and CPQ. The Sr. NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for developing customizations, scripts and workflow in NetSuite, in addition to providing end-user support and creating advanced saved searches, reports and dashboards. This position will work closely with the VP of Internal Business Systems to create customizations that support process standardization and optimization as well as perform other system enhancements and projects that align with business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, test and deploy all customizations, suitelets, workflows and scripts, as directed by the Director of Internal Business Systems.
  • Develop advanced saved searches, custom reports, KPI's and dashboards.
  • Create reports in Power BI using information from multiple data sources.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
  • Collaborate with Tusker executives and the VP of Internal Business Systems to customize NetSuite, ensuring alignment with standardization and optimization initiatives, and to develop customized reporting, visualizations, and other requests as needed.
  • Work with the Manager of ConnectWise to create ConnectWise reports and dashboards as well as maintenance of setup tables.
  • Working with Internal Business Systems team members, collaborate with individual departments and the Operations team to increase departmental efficiencies and optimize internal systems.
  • Document processes as they relate Tusker's internal systems.
  • Support other software that integrates with NetSuite (i.e. ConnectWise Sell, ConnectWise PSA, Channel Online, etc.)

Knowledge, Education & Experience
Strongly Preferred:
  • 2-3 years ERP System Administration experience, NetSuite preferred
  • Administrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom records, reports, saved searches, dashboards and forms
  • Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow
  • HTML knowledge
  • SQL knowledge

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with any of the following software packages:
    • ConnectWise CPQ
    • ConnectWise PSA
    • BrightGauge
    • Power BI
    • Channel Online
