This Lead Superintendent Position Features:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final completion
Manage tilt-wall construction sequencing, slab-on-grade, structural steel, and building envelope installation
Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed project schedules
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Conduct daily job site meetings and maintain detailed field reports
Oversee quality control and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and local building codes
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors
Manage inspections, punch lists, and project close-out procedures
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or industrial projects
Demonstrated experience leading tilt-wall construction projects ($5M–$30M preferred)
Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management
Ability to lead teams and drive accountability on-site
Experience with project management software and construction technology platforms
Strong communication and leadership skills
