Seeking a Mechanical Retrofit Superintendent


We are representing a highly respected mechanical contractor in the Southeast that is expanding its retrofit and commercial services division. Our client is seeking a Mechanical Retrofit Superintendent to lead field execution of commercial retrofit and service-driven projects across the region.


This role is ideal for a hands-on mechanical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands commercial HVAC and mechanical systems, and excels at coordinating teams, schedules, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results. The Mechanical Retrofit Superintendent will serve as the operational leader responsible for transforming awarded projects into successful, on-site execution.



Key Responsibilities


Field Leadership & Project Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial mechanical retrofit and service projects.
  • Direct crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to drive accurate execution.


Scheduling & Coordination

  • Develop and manage project schedules for retrofit and small commercial projects.
