Job Description
Provide senior-level analytical support for aircraft carrier lifecycle maintenance, modernization, cost analysis, and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve, organize, and analyze lifecycle maintenance and modernization data
  • Support development and refinement of maintenance requirements and cost analyses
  • Identify and track cost savings, avoidances, and cost increases
  • Support Technical Foundation Paper (TFP) development and POM documentation
  • Analyze maintenance and modernization cost and labor data
  • Support lifecycle planning, funding, and schedule development
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reports
  • Assist with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) efforts

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Statistical Analysis preferred
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience required
  • 15+ years professional experience preferred

Required Specialized Experience
  • Development and sustainment of Class Maintenance Plans
  • Understanding maintenance philosophy and availability cost data
  • Retrieval and analysis of Navy ship maintenance data

Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience
  • Navy lifecycle maintenance databases
  • Cost analysis and reporting tools
  • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies
  • Technical Foundation Paper (TFP) documentation processes
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data analytics and visualization tools

Preferred Specialized Experience
  • Aircraft carrier maintenance and modernization experience
