Senior SQL Performance Engineer - Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior SQL Performance Engineer to design, optimize, and support enterprise SQL Server environments. The role focuses on database performance tuning, SQL development, ETL/SSIS solutions, production support, database security, and data integration.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
  • Optimize SQL Server performance through query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and monitoring.
  • Manage and support production SQL databases, ensuring high availability, reliability, and data integrity.
  • Design and maintain scalable database schemas and data structures.
  • Develop, support, and troubleshoot SSIS/ETL solutions for data migration, transformation, and integration.
  • Implement database security, backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Lead data migration and integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for database management, reporting, and ERP integrations.
