• Experience as an SQL Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases and database applications using SQL (Structured Query Language). Their primary focus is on ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance of database systems.
• BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases like SQL Server
• Great teammate and can multi-task as well as are tolerant to change
• Possess experience of application development & database performance tuning experience, preferably in a large corporation with a demonstrated ability to navigate large, complex organizations to get work done.
• High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong proficiency with SQL server and its variation among popular databases; Design stable, reliable and effective database
• Able to quickly understand an existing landscape of huge database with large numbers of stored procedures, triggers, jobs and multiple upstream / downstream data flows with different applications.
• Skilled at writing, editing large, complicated SQL statements
• Experience in optimizing ETL jobs, tuning database queries, and improving job execution times.
• Exposure to SDLC tools, such as: JIRA, Confluence, SVN, TeamCity, Jenkins, Nolio, and Crucible.
• Experience on DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodology.
• Strong ability to apply data transformation logic, clean data, and ensure data quality in the ETL processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient data solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN for managing Informatica artifacts.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN; merging and creating production scripts
• Sqlserver DB coding, DB scheduling tools, File transfer mechanisms, DB Devops
• MS SQL Server, SQL Management Studio.
• SQL Server Reporting and Integration Services tool (e.g. Informatica)
• Database stored procedure and SQL queries.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience on core expertise.
