Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality features across mobile and web applications.
โ€ข Lead development of new features based on mission-critical engineering specifications and customer requirements.
โ€ข Improve existing features for reliability, performance, scalability, and usability.
โ€ข Diagnose, root cause, and resolve issues in communication features and other core application workflows.
โ€ข Implement software patches, resolve bugs, investigate production issues, and integrate new functionality.
โ€ข Build scalable and reliable application experiences that can withstand the demands of mission-critical customers.
โ€ข Partner with product, design, QA, and other engineering team members to deliver refined and dependable solutions.
