We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer - Discipline Lead to join a growing engineering team in Hamilton, Ontario. This role is ideal for a senior engineering professional who enjoys remaining hands-on with technical project delivery while also leading and mentoring a team of engineers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. - Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario. - Minimum 10 years of civil/structural engineering experience, preferably within a heavy industrial consulting environment. - Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and technical teams. - Strong knowledge of applicable design codes and standards, including NBC, CSA, AISC, ACI, and ASCE. - Proficiency with structural design and analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, and/or IDEA StatiCa. - Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
