We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the President of a fast-growing, multi-state utility contracting business. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, managing complex calendars, ensuring priorities are handled seamlessly, and maintaining confidentiality in all matters. What You'll Do Here:
  • Manage dynamic calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the President.
  • Coordinate logistics for business and personal commitments, including detailed travel briefs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, screening calls, emails, and requests with professionalism.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Assist with client pricing submissions and business documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and decisions.
  • Support clerical tasks, including managing spreadsheets and inputting items into accounting software.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, client engagements, and events.
