RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Oracle EPM Finance Developer. This role is hybrid onsite in Chicago, IL or Sioux City, Iowa.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and support enterprise applications that improve business operations and processes
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Lead and contribute to projects throughout the full software development lifecycle
* Troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, testing materials, and support resources
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology partners
* Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the team
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of software development or application engineering experience
* Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL
* Proven experience delivering projects from requirements through implementation and support
* Experience with application integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems
* Experience mentoring team members and working independently on complex initiatives
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Java, scripting languages, or related development technologies is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
