Job Summary:
VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join Triaplex, Inc., a subsidiary focused on mission-critical software solutions. The role involves full life-cycle development of a Radio Frequency Processing System, requiring strong analytical skills and experience in software design and debugging.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Debug existing software and correct defects using a variety of programming languages (Examples: Java,Python, Rust, C++)
• Create and maintain a scalable, high-availability, mission system using modern system design principles.
• Create docker containers and/or Kubernetes pods and clusters.
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
• Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
• Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
• Generate automation scripts as appropriate to improve workflow and efficiency.

Required:
• TS/SCI with Poly required
• Bachelor’s degree + 14 years’ as a SWE
• Full stack development
• K8 experience
• RF/DSP experience
• UI/UX experience
