Job description

Job Summary: Includes the support, coordination, production, and management of written, visual, and digital marketing and communications strategy, programs, and materials. Responsible for researching, designing, producing, publishing, and optimizing digital content and experiences to meet strategic business goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the production, optimization, publishing, and maintenance of high‑quality digital content across multiple CMS platforms in an agnostic authoring environment, including Sitecore, WordPress, SharePoint, and future enterprise CMS solutions.
  • Build and publish responsive digital experiences using structured content, reusable templates, and component‑based authoring practices.
  • Utilize working knowledge and expertise to ensure online content supports brand standards, web style guidelines, accessibility (WCAG), SEO/GEO/AIO best practices, analytics requirements, and legal/compliance standards.
  • Support personalization strategies and audience‑targeted experiences using platforms such as Adobe Target and Amplitude.
  • Execute and support A/B testing and optimization initiatives using Amplitude Experimentation and related analytics tools.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with developers, UX/design, SEO/GEO/AIO, analytics, legal/compliance, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences.
  • Support enterprise website migration and modernization initiatives across CMS platforms and digital properties.
  • Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
  • Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
  • Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
  • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with limited autonomy.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Typically requires 2-4 years of related digital content authoring or CMS experience.
