Job description

A leading aerospace organization is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead customer support operations, strengthen key account relationships, and drive service performance across a complex, cross-functional environment. This position will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Customer Service team, providing coaching, performance management, training, and escalation support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary customer contact, managing account activity including quotations, purchase orders, contracts, issue resolution, customer meetings, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators related to delivery, sales, service levels, and account performance while communicating critical issues and trends to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and other internal teams to improve order flow, forecasting, customer programs, AOG support, and opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of customer service and management experience, preferably within aerospace, manufacturing, aviation, or another complex B2B environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word, with the ability to analyze performance data and prepare customer or management presentations.
Location - Peachtree City, GA - Onsite M-F regular hours
Salary $80K - $99,500 (depending on experience)
