Job description

Modernize Public Services

At Corvano, we believe technology isn’t a phase - it’s a foundation. We partner with our clients to modernize government services, improve citizen experiences, and create efficient, scalable solutions that help agencies better serve their communities.

We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant (Public Sector & Service Cloud) who brings curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and ownership to every engagement. If you’re ready to help government agencies transform complex processes into streamlined digital experiences while working alongside experienced architects and consultants, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with agency stakeholders to analyze business processes, regulations, eligibility requirements, and operational workflows, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Service Cloud capabilities to support agency service delivery and compliance requirements.
  • Design and implement structured case management solutions utilizing omni‑channel routing, queues, and public sector‑specific objects.
  • Build and maintain declarative solutions including Flows, approval processes, business rules, page layouts, and automation without custom development.
  • Configure public‑facing intake forms, self‑service portals, and knowledge management solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Work closely with teams in the Indianapolis office to support data integration strategies between Salesforce and legacy government systems.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, document test results, and coordinate issue resolution efforts.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation to support successful platform adoption.
  • Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, providing updates, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support deployment planning, release validation, and post‑implementation activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce configuration and consulting experience.
  • Proven experience supporting public sector organizations at the local, state, or federal level.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), including licensing, permitting, benefits management, or related public sector service models.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Shield and platform security best practices.
  • Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce development, including Flows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation tools.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions for external users and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with case management, citizen services, and agency operational workflows.
  • Experience participating in Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Public Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
Preferred Certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional (highly preferred)
How We Work
  • We bring a client‑first consulting mindset to every engagement.
  • We collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
  • We adapt quickly to diverse client environments, priorities, and missions.
  • We communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • We focus on outcomes that create measurable value for our clients and their constituents.
Employment Details
  • Hybrid position based out of our Indianapolis, Indiana office.
  • Regular on‑site collaboration is expected to support client engagements and team alignment.
  • W‑2 employment only.
  • No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
  • Standard business hours unless otherwise required by client engagements.
Why Corvano
  • Work with a vision‑driven consulting firm focused on delivering meaningful client outcomes.
  • Gain exposure to complex public sector modernization initiatives that impact communities and citizens.
  • Collaborate with experienced architects, consultants, and technology leaders.
  • Build expertise across multiple government programs, agencies, and service delivery models.
  • Benefit from mentorship, professional development, and certification growth opportunities.
  • Join a Veteran‑Owned Small Business (VOSB) that values integrity, service, accountability, and excellence.
  • Be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What Makes This Role Different

Unlike traditional Salesforce consulting roles, this position combines platform expertise with public sector consulting. You'll work directly with agency stakeholders to modernize government operations, improve citizen services, and design solutions that support regulatory compliance and mission‑critical programs. This role offers the opportunity to influence both business processes and technology outcomes while helping government organizations deliver better services to the communities they serve.
