Eaton's North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This position will be based in our Southfield, MI office, covering the greater Detroit area with a focus on power distribution solutions. • Build relationships with key customers and channel partners to enhance long-term business prospects

• Plan promotional events and presentations with distributor personnel to promote Eaton's position, while developing a proven record of achieving assigned sales goals

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
. Minimum of (3) three years of experience in a technical or commercial field
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license
• No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Southfield, MI. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $107,500 - $157,500.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
