Job Purpose

The Rubber Lining Superintendent at CKM INDUSTRIES INC will oversee and manage all aspects of rubber lining operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the rubber lining team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute rubber lining projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop and implement effective rubber lining solutions.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of materials and equipment necessary for rubber lining operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all rubber lining activities and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  • Report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
QualificationsRequired Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
