PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Visits
up to $50 per hour| Flexible Schedule | Mileage Reimbursement

Job Description
Harmony at Home Senior Care is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team on a PRN basis. This is the perfect opportunity for an RN who wants a flexible schedule, enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors and Veterans, and prefers autonomous, one-on-one care in a home setting.

You will be responsible for conducting routine nursing assessments in client homes across the DFW area, with most clients requiring two visits per month. This role is part-time/PRN, with an initial commitment of up to 60 hours per month, expected to grow as new clients are added.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour based on visit and client service type
Schedule: You choose your workdays (minimum 2–3 days/week)
Location: Client homes throughout the Houston area
Mileage reimbursement included

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home nursing assessments for senior clients (mostly Veterans)

  • Perform Supervisory Visit assessments for clients with their caregivers present

  • Monitor and document vital signs, medications, and overall health

  • Update care plans and provide clinical oversight as needed

  • Communicate with clients, families, and the care team

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Report any significant changes or concerns to the care team

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing

  • At least 1 year of RN experience (home health or clinic preferred)

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Comfortable working independently and traveling to client homes

  • Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused
