Job Description

Transition/Project management

Lead and assist as needed programs, initiatives and tools required for efficient and effective process delivery and performance. Manages user accesses in GFSS ERP system and enabling tools.

Provides oversight of transactional data processing for customer and vendor master data.

Key projects for this year will be

Review master data and user processes. Update process flowcharts, as needed.

Ensure adherence to transactional Master Data and User procedures.

Generate reports that will assist other GFSS groups with work efficiency.

Work with operating units to identify and block obsolete vendors

Generate and distribute SOD reports.

Generate monthly reports for PMO and transactional KPIs

Develop, plan, and execute special projects as they arise.

Continue the effort to reduce vendors by analyzing the Vendor Master data for duplicate and obsolete vendors

Perform data analysis in continuing effort to ensure uniformity and accuracy of information in the Vendor Master data.

Provide backup for transactional data processing

Experience in shared service environment a plus

Ability to work independently is a must
