About this role

The Global Operations Data Analytic and Reporting (DAR) Analytics and Strategic Horizontal Reporting (SHR) Team is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to join their team. SHR is part of the Global Operations DAR Team and provides Global Operations with analytic insights, data visualization, and planning support through the creation of dashboards and consultative analysis to transform raw data into insight, knowledge, and understanding.


In this role, you will:

  • Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors

  • Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs

  • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements

  • Lead or participate on large cross group projects

  • Mentor less experienced staff

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.

  • 2+ years experience in databases such as Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server.

  • Strong hands-on experience with analytics and automation workflows working with large, complex datasets; advanced SQL proficiency required (SAS, Teradata, etc.).

  • Demonstrated experience performing data discovery, source-to-target analysis, and building reusable data transformations (e.g., standardized metrics, dimensional models, or curated analytical datasets) with strong attention to data quality and lineage.

  • Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to translate analytical results into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and measurable business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Job Expectations:

  • The Senior Analytic Consultant is required to be in the office 3 days per week for a minimum of 8 hours per day.

  • The role is designed for a self-starter who can independently problem solve and execute with minimal manager oversight.

  • This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship
