Pay: $113,000-178,000 POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to support advanced space and defense programs within a high-security environment. This role is responsible for RF payload analysis, systems engineering, integration, and performance optimization across the full lifecycle of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in RF payload systems, space hardware, and system-level analysis, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting national security initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Support RF payload analysis and initialization across advanced RF systems
• Lead systems engineering efforts including analysis, calibration, and verification across the full product lifecycle
• Tackle complex RF challenges related to payload performance and mission requirements
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to manage payload risks, opportunities, and studies
• Partner with customers to ensure successful delivery of payload products and program milestones
• Support design, development, and integration of RF space hardware and subsystems
• Perform RF system analysis including link budget modeling and performance evaluation
• Lead and support execution of RF payload and subsystem test plans
• Contribute to trade studies, modeling, and system-level decision making MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Qualifications
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Experience with RF space electronics and/or hardware design (payloads or subsystems)

• Experience with design, development, or integration of space-rated RF hardware (antennas, receivers, transmitters, etc.) Additional Qualifications
