Job description

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Revenue Accountant with a growing global logistics company in Renton, WA. The Senior Revenue Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and U.S. GAAP-compliant revenue reporting. This role manages complex revenue calculations, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and monthly close activities while supporting internal controls, SOX compliance, audits, and process improvements. The position works independently, partners with cross-functional teams, and provides mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with a background in Public Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
  • CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and graphs
