We are looking for a high-impact Strategic Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting directly to the Analytics Manager, you will be the bridge between complex data architecture and actionable business strategy. You will play a critical role in optimizing the lead-to-revenue lifecycle by uncovering insights that drive growth, efficiency, and predictability across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Data Modeling & Synthesis: Query large-scale datasets in Snowflake using advanced SQL to build robust data models that serve as the "single source of truth" for revenue metrics and Domo, ensuring data is intuitive, real-time, and actionable.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize Google Sheets and Pivot Tables for rapid-response ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling, and data validation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a consultant to department heads, providing data-backed recommendations on territory planning, quota setting, and marketing attribution.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure high standards of data hygiene across the revenue tech stack, identifying and resolving discrepancies between systems.
  • Advanced Visualization: Design and maintain sophisticated executive dashboards in Looker.
Who You Will Work With:

This role reports into the Manager of Revenue Operations and Analytics and collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Data Engineering teams. You will also work closely with senior leadership to support key strategic initiatives.

Must Have’s:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in strategic consulting and business analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Strong experience in ETL/ELT development and data pipeline management
  • Data visualization experience in Looker (LookML preferred) and Domo
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Scala)
  • Strong foundation in data modeling, governance, and structuring datasets for long-term use
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding (Domo preferred)
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities

Compensation Range of Annual Salary: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 CAD (Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
