As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brightest Healing Psychotherapy, you will be responsible for a variety of therapeutic activities, including:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Performing thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating positive outcomes and goal achievement.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and tools to help clients navigate issues such as relationship dynamics, family conflict, trauma, and mood disorders.
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients and family members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue.
• Documenting client progress accurately and promptly, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote session management.
