Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Manager | Dallas, TX

Please apply only if you meet one or more of the following qualifications:

✔ 3+ years as a Residential Real Estate Agent

✔ 3+ years acquiring or selling single-family investment properties

✔ 3+ years in wholesale real estate acquisitions

✔ Active fix-and-flip or rental property investor with a proven transaction history

This is an experienced-level opportunity and is not an entry-level position.

About RFP Homes

RFP Homes is expanding our Dallas Acquisitions Team and is looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to source, evaluate, negotiate, and secure off-market residential investment opportunities throughout the Dallas and surrounding DFW market.

In this role, you'll develop relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors, property owners, and other industry professionals to create a consistent pipeline of acquisition opportunities. You'll identify investment properties, analyze deals, negotiate contracts, and manage transactions from initial contact through executed agreement.

Our team provides the technology, CRM, underwriting support, marketing resources, and operational infrastructure needed to help you succeed, allowing you to focus on sourcing quality investment opportunities and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of investment real estate, acquisitions, or wholesale experience
  • Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong understanding of residential investment analysis and contract negotiations
  • Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to source off-market investment opportunities
  • Full-time, in-office position based in Dallas, Texas
