Position: Sr. Quality Analyst / Accessibility Tester
Location: Atlanta, GA (30334)
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sr. Quality Analyst / Accessibility Tester to join our team. In this role, you will lead accessibility testing efforts, ensuring digital products conform to established accessibility standards. Your expertise will help enhance the usability and accessibility of web and mobile applications, making them more inclusive for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accessibility testing using both automated tools and manual methods.
  • Create and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide feedback.
  • Document and prioritize accessibility defects and improvement areas.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for ADA compliance and accessibility best practices.

Technical Skills Required:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
  • Proficiency with automated testing tools (e.g., WAVE, JAWS, axe, ANDI).
  • 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a focus on WCAG 2.0/2.1 compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
  • Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification is highly desired.
