Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) - Assisted Living / Memory Care

Location: Marquette Senior Living
Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.37 per hour (pay is based on expierence)

Position Summary

As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Assisted Living or Memory Care, you will support licensed nursing staff by delivering safe medication administration and compassionate, resident-centered care. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel respected, comfortable, and well cared for each day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Accurately document medication administration and report concerns promptly
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers
  • Support meal service, hydration, and overall resident comfort
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation
  • Follow direction from the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership
Qualifications
  • Completion of a state-approved QMA Training Program
  • Successful completion of the State Board QMA Exam
  • Active QMA registration on the Indiana State CNA Registry
  • Working knowledge of CNA/QMA duties and ADL support
