We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in software quality assurance, test automation, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, validating APIs and databases, and working closely with development and business teams in Agile environments.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application quality, improving automation coverage, identifying defects early, and supporting reliable software releases across complex enterprise systems.

Required Technical Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing
  • Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks
  • Strong programming experience with Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing
  • Experience testing RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining automation test frameworks
  • Experience with BDD/TDD practices and tools such as Cucumber
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
  • Experience with UI and cross-browser testing
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

  • Create and execute automated and manual test cases for web, API, and backend applications
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing
  • Validate data integrity through SQL queries and database testing
  • Perform API validation and verify request/response payloads, status codes, authentication, and business logic
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Analyze test results, identify failures, and work with developers to resolve issues
  • Log, track, prioritize, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage and overall testing efficiency
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on automation framework design
  • Establish and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices
  • Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers
  • Monitor quality metrics and provide testing status, defect reports, and release-readiness updates
  • Support production validation and troubleshoot application issues when required
