Compensation: Up to $120 per hour
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid / Onsite preferred)

We're working with a leading commodities trading firm with elite engineering standards, supporting front-office trading teams across global energy and commodities markets. This firm is home to exceptionally talented engineers who are passionate about building high-performance, mission-critical systems used directly by traders and commercial teams.
The Role
This is a senior-level position requiring a developer who thrives at the intersection of complex physical markets and high-end software engineering. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems that power real-time trading decisions, ensuring reliability and performance in a front-office environment. Engineers here are treated as a core asset to the business, and the low attrition rate reflects a culture where people genuinely enjoy the technical challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
