Job description

Senior Public Relations Manager
We are partnering with a high-growth, design-led development and hospitality company at the intersection of ultra-luxury real estate, experiential travel, and global lifestyle branding.
As the company enters a key phase of visibility and market expansion, they are looking to bring on a senior PR leader to own communications end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in execution-not just strategy-and wants to shape the narrative of a brand targeting a highly discerning, global audience.
What You'll Do
  • Own and execute the full public relations strategy across brand, project, and corporate communications
  • Write, pitch, and secure top-tier earned media placements across lifestyle, design, travel, and business outlets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, and key media contacts
  • Lead proactive outreach efforts and manage ongoing media engagement
  • Support brand moments including launches, partnerships, and curated experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent storytelling across channels
  • Contribute to high-impact brand positioning through narrative development and messaging

What We're Looking For
  • 6-10+ years of experience in public relations, ideally within luxury, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle sectors
  • Background in a top-tier PR agency or equivalent high-performance environment
  • Proven ability to secure meaningful media coverage personally (not just manage process)
  • Strong network of media relationships across relevant verticals
  • Exceptional writing, pitching, and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a lean environment
  • High level of polish, discretion, and cultural awareness

Ideal Profile
  • Experience working with high-end brands, destinations, or design-led projects
  • Familiarity with global luxury audiences and storytelling that goes beyond traditional product or real estate PR
  • Strong presence in industry and social settings, with a natural ability to build relationships
  • Self-starter who takes full ownership without relying on large teams
