We are hiring an Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistant to join our growing event marketing, public relations, and communications team.

We work with national brands and corporations to create engaging marketing, advertising, promotional, and event campaigns. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and candidates with customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, or communications experience.

Training and professional development are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Support public relations, communications, marketing, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist with organizing and executing promotional and PR events
  • Communicate with customers, clients, community groups, and the public
  • Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
  • Support brand awareness and promotional initiatives
  • Assist with developing and implementing PR and marketing strategies
  • Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
  • Collaborate with management and internal teams
  • Help maintain a positive public image for client organizations
  • Monitor campaign results, trends, and customer feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, professional, and positive personality
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and the public
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
