What you'll do
  • Manage projects of high complexity across multiple technology domains.
  • Build and manage client relationships; align expectations with sponsors and stakeholders in accordance with project and/or agreement scope; proactively surface risks, decisions, and tradeoffs to maintain alignment to scope, priorities and outcomes.
  • Manage projects per the established scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Identify PM team processes and gaps and areas for potential enhancements, document, and review with team.
  • Research tools and platforms for departmental gain and to better team.
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of projects and project management within the context of business results (business case, larger economic implications, business risk, etc.)
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • Report progress of projects, Senior PM, Services team, vCTOs and various stakeholders both internally and to the client.
  • Develop trust, credibility, and strong client relationships; seek opportunities to add value to internal and external client initiatives.
  • Provide proactive communications to the client and assigned internal team members.
  • Communicate project lifecycle, to include project activities, schedules, and deliverables to clients.
  • Alert stakeholders of risks to meeting the baselined project plan timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate and communicate to the client about their responsibilities and expectations for a successful project.
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate status of project plans and reports.
  • Identify, request and coordinate project resources including third-party vendors as needed, based on the agreed upon project timeline.
  • Assure that project outcomes meet the client's needs as defined in the Statement of Project Outcomes and Technical Implementation Plans.
  • Manage project change of scope, change orders, and communicate changes with client and project team.
  • Inform clients when project deliverables are completed.
  • Maintain project plans, including meeting minutes and Dependencies.
  • Track daily project tasks, assets, risks, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Track and manage all products associated with projects.
  • Participate or facilitate in internal & Client facing project kickoff meetings to
    • Review project objectives/expectations
    • Statement of Project Outcomes, Scope, and Implementation Plan
    • Change to scope and change order policy
    • Verify Client requirements and dates
  • Coordinate additional Envision initiatives and projects.
  • Assign resources and delegate tasks to ensure successful project completion.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • 7+ years' experience of technical project management experience delivering cloud software, cloud and infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to self-direct and prioritize tasks.
