  • Prepare and present executive-ready status reports, action item summaries, metrics, risks, decisions, and management updates to support planning, prioritization, and leadership decision-making.
  • Drive improvements to document review, approval, and integration workflows for internal engineering deliverables and supplier documents, with emphasis on quality, cycle time, accountability, and traceability.
  • Lead deployment of new or revised procedures and tools by shaping communication plans, training approaches, stakeholder alignment, and change management activities across the organization.
  • Provide senior project management leadership for high-priority special assignments and cross-functional initiatives, including mentoring less experienced personnel and reinforcing consistent execution across the Camden-based engineering team.
  • Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management, engineering, quality, process improvement, or program management within the nuclear industry, engineering industry, or another regulated technical environment
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or another closely related technical or business field

  • Strong leadership, executive communication, facilitation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence effectively across multiple disciplines and management levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce, review, and improve accurate, clear, well-structured documentation and management-level communications
  • Strong proficiency with business, project management, data analysis, reporting, and document control tools needed to support engineering execution and leadership visibility
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and satisfy applicable project, export-control, and security-access requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct senior-level experience in the nuclear industry or within an engineering design organization preferred
  • Familiarity with project controls, procedure management, corrective action programs, document control, risk management, training program administration, and quality program governance preferred
  • Experience leading design reviews, supplier document workflows, or regulated quality programs preferred
  • Working knowledge of U.S. NRC expectations, quality assurance principles, structured design control processes, or nuclear configuration/change control preferred
  • Experience using data analysis, dashboards, automation, or artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and productivity preferred
