The Opportunity:
CACI has an opportunity for a Senior Program/Project Integrator on a mission critical classified contract located in Herndon, VA. Candidates must have a current TS/SCI POLY to be considered.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive requirements and manage project planning, execution and delivery for Sponsor customers.
  • Create/Modify/Track project schedule, milestones, deliverables.
  • Utilize Customer tools/DBs for information tracking, reporting, data management.
  • Perform technical writing/ project documentation
  • Version control draft and baseline documentations
  • Track Team/Project Action Items to completion
  • Project Purchasing, documentation and research - coordinate directly with Procurement/Logistics Team
  • Produce Project status reports
  • Leverage experience across the Center, Group, and external offices.
  • Coordinate with project Stakeholders, field Customers and Security to verify requirements/facilitate deliveries.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Requires TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience with program project integration
  • A BS Degree in Information Systems or another Management or IT field with emphasis on project management (Equivalent Experience may be Substituted for Educational Requirement)
  • Experience managing technical projects
  • Strong understanding of Customer field environment.
  • Ability to work/coordinate with internal/external Customers/Vendors to gather requirements, develop plans and execute to budgets/timelines as required.
  • Ability to work and deliver on short suspense tasking/products in a fast paced potentially stressful environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment.
  • Creates, incorporates, implements changes to schedule(s)
  • Working knowledge of Customer's official message system
  • Working knowledge of Customer's organization, internal policies and processes
  • Project Organization/tracking
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to "go the extra mile" in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment
