What Impact You'll Have

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Junior Project Control Analyst to join our Finance team. ย You will be responsible for monthly contract financial tracking activities and functions pertaining to reporting of actuals, estimates to complete, billings and status reporting. The Junior Project Control Analyst will work with some instruction and oversight by a Senior Project Controller in support of the portfolio of contracts as assigned.

What You'll be Owning

As a Project Control Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for small-to-moderate-sized programs.ย  You'll perform detailed financial and program control activities, including assisting with budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle support. You'll analyze budgets, support authorizing budget expenditures, and monitor expenses. You'll prepare funding requirements, allocate funds to subcontractors/vendors, and process invoices.ย  You will also respond to contract and program data calls and help prepare detailed financial program data for management reviews.ย  There will be ad hoc requests in support of proposal efforts and special projects as assigned.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-3 years of experience in program control, financial management, or accounting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis
  • Ability to conduct trend analysis and accomplish financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends
  • Must be a clearable, U.S. Citizen
