Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer with 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in an architectural or technical leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications across web, desktop, and cloud environments.
The candidate will be responsible for defining technical architectures, evaluating technology frameworks, designing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, mentoring senior developers, and translating business requirements into clear technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Define technical architectures for web, desktop, and cloud based applications
โ€ข Design scalable enterprise solutions using modern microservices and monolithic architectural patterns
โ€ข Evaluate and select appropriate .NET, Java, programming frameworks, databases, development tools, and third party libraries
โ€ข Design cloud native strategies and solutions on Microsoft Azure
โ€ข Evaluate and implement SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions based on business and technical requirements
โ€ข Establish coding standards, security protocols, and DevOps guidelines for engineering teams
โ€ข Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams
