This role is intended to be performed in a hybrid / remote format, with the individual splitting their time between our site in Merrimack, NH, and remotely from an alternate work location. For the right individual who meets the majority of our mandatory and preferred requirements, a full-time remote format may be considered. Responsibilities include: * Provide Planning & Scheduling support to assigned programs, principally to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
* Perform schedule analysis and create weekly/monthly reports for Program Management Meetings (PMMs) and other forums.
* Perform schedule risk analysis, including Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), Critical Path Analysis, schedule variance assessments, and predictive performance analysis.
* Participate in program Risk & Opportunity and Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) processes as needed by your program.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of all customer program schedule deliverables.
* Prepare or update reports for internal stakeholders, leadership and external customers. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Requires a bachelor's degree in operations, Technical field of study, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar applicable discipline; or equivalent experience.
* Requires four (4) years of planning/scheduling experience in a DoD environment; or a master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
* Prior experience in developing program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program baselines and proposals in accordance with the program Statement of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and program requirements.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Project. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Experience with Microsoft Project Server/Online and Power Bi Dashboards
* Experience in Agile planning/execution, Critical Chain Project Management
* Demonstrated experience in supporting successful DCMA Audits
* Familiarity with the following planning tools: SSI macros and Presentation Professional, Barbecana Full Monte, forProject DCMA Analyzer, WBS Pro, Deltek Cobra
* Secret Security Clearance
* Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
