The Opportunity:
Join a team dedicated to advancing national security through innovative irregular warfare and operations expertise. CACI is looking for individuals to join the OIE Planning team on an upcoming program that will deliver mission-critical advisory, training, and operational support services that help mission partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving global threats. Working across geographic and functional combatant commands, these professionals play a vital role in developing, integrating, and sustaining mission-ready task forces that enhance joint force effectiveness and operational success.
THe OIE Planners will contribute to high-impact missions, collaborate with experienced professionals, and support strategic operations that strengthen our nation's defense capabilities around the world. Position are contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
  • Integrates OIE objectives into campaign and operational plans, ensuring information effects align with commander intent and operational design.

  • Synchronizes information forces and capabilities with maneuver, joint fires, and non-kinetic activities to achieve desired effects in the information environment.

  • Designs, authors, and integrates OIE OPORD inputs, annexes, appendices, tabs, and supporting planning products into joint planning and execution.

  • Integrates intelligence, targeting, and collection requirements to inform OIE planning, execution, and decision-making.

  • Develops and incorporates measures of performance and effectiveness, evaluation frameworks, and assessment plans to support continuous monitoring, adaptation, and refinement of OIE activities.

  • Coordinates and synchronizes OIE planning and execution with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, academia, industry vendors, and DoD/DoW stakeholders to ensure unity of effort and de-confliction.

  • Integrates DoD/DoW Rewards Program planning into OIE efforts to incentivize desired behaviors, enable information collection, and support operational objectives in accordance with authorities.

  • Ensure legal, policy, attribution, and operational risk considerations are embedded in OIE plans while producing decision-quality OIE assessments, briefs, and recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, or Military Science or other related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing operations in the information environment (i.e. Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Operations Security (OPSEC), Defense Deception Activities, Electronic Warfare, Cyberspace Operations, Public Affairs, and/or Information Operations)
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning
  • Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems

Desired:
  • Completion of advanced OIE-relevant training such as FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course, Joint Information Planners Course (JIPC (formerly JIOPC)), OPSEC Planners Course, MILDEC Planners Course, PSYOP Planners Course, Joint Targeting School
  • Experience with military planning at the operational level, to include experience at CCMD, Service Component Command, and/or Joint Task Force level
  • Experience coordinating and synchronizing military operations with multinational and/or interagency teammates

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
