Description
Infor is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own delivery execution across three connected areas: the Data Fabric platform, our data and application migration services, and Process Intelligence. The Senior Program Manager works closely with product management, architecture, engineering, QA, and services teams across India, EMEA, and North America. Technical fluency in data platforms and cloud architecture is essential, as you will translate architectural decisions into schedule, dependency, and risk implications.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Own the integrated delivery plan across Data Fabric, migration services, and Process Intelligence workstreams, including scope, sequence, dependencies, and critical path.
  • Maintain roadmap-to-backlog traceability so every committed roadmap item maps to epics with owners, sizing, and target release, and surface coverage gaps early.
  • Run release planning, readiness reviews, and go/no-go governance in line with corporate release standards.
  • Manage risks, issues, and cross-product dependencies with clear escalation paths and decision deadlines.
  • Program-manage strategic customer migration engagements from discovery and mapping through cutover and hypercare.
  • Partner with product management, architecture, QA, support, and services teams across regions to align cadence, scope trade-offs, and release enablement.
  • Define and report portfolio delivery metrics covering throughput, predictability, quality, and engagement effort, and recommend adjustments based on them.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Program management or project management experience in software product development.
  • Experience managing programs with external customer commitments and cross-team dependencies.
  • Technical knowledge of data platforms and cloud services, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT, APIs, integration patterns, and AWS.
  • Experience coordinating with global teams.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and roadmap tooling, including reporting and configuration.
  • Experience with Agile delivery at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP data or application migration programs (Infor, SAP, Oracle, or comparable).
  • Familiarity with process mining, process intelligence, or data governance products.
  • Experience program managing customer-facing delivery engagements alongside product development.
  • Domain background in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, or public sector.
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
