Job description

Your Impact

As a Senior Program Manager within the Business Transformation team, you will serve as an organizational connector and accelerator across DISCO's enterprise. You will directly champion and operationalize our Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Initiatives - turning high-level corporate strategies into measurable, revenue-generating reality.

From initial discovery to final business adoption, you will partner directly with cross-functional business owners to orchestrate the execution of complex, high-visibility transformations. You will deliver program materials-including comprehensive Project Charters, Change Management roadmaps, and detailed future-state process designs-that empower business teams to scale efficiently. Acting as a trusted operational advisor, you will equip executive sponsors with clear risk mitigations and business-impact metrics, seamlessly guiding senior leadership through critical decision-making processes that secure DISCO's long-term vision.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Project & Program Management Strategy: Manage the end-to-end approach, process, and lifecycle for complex, transformational initiatives; align project workstreams, manage resources, and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Lead End-to-End Project Execution: Own project scope, timelines, schedules, and budgets from discovery through design, build, roll-out, and official close, ensuring that critical business outcomes and intended ROI are achieved.
  • Develop Change Management Strategies: Create comprehensive change management strategies and actionable plans (including Impact Analyses, Stakeholder Analyses, Communication Plans, and Training Plans) to drive overall organizational readiness and adoption of new systems or workflows.
  • Re-Engineer & Map Business Processes: Map current-state (As-Is) and design optimized future-state (To-Be) business processes, identifying structural gaps, removing inefficiencies, and gathering technical business requirements.
  • Develop and Track Performance Metrics: Build, track, and monitor project-specific KPIs to objectively measure business performance, execution health, and long-term value creation.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted partnerships with Executive Stakeholders and leadership teams across DISCO (including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT) to facilitate alignment, streamline communication, and lead executive decision-making.
Who You Are
  • Experienced Program Leader: You bring 5+ years of dedicated experience managing complex, cross-functional business programs and projects.
  • Change and Process Specialist: You possess hands-on experience in process management and of designing change management strategies tied to project rollouts.
  • Exceptional Communicator and Influencer: You possess clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with the professional presence required to partner with, present to, and advise senior executive stakeholders.
  • Ambiguity Navigator: You are highly self-motivated, proactive, and exceptionally comfortable navigating and bringing order to ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Analytical Thinker: You possess strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data-driven insights to uncover root causes and design scalable solutions.
Even Better If You Have...
  • Process Excellence Credentials: Lean or Continuous Improvement (CI) certification.
  • Change Management Credentials: Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Go-To-Market Domain Expertise: Direct specialized knowledge or previous experience supporting GTM functions.
  • High-Impact Facilitation Skills: Advanced presentation-building capabilities (Google Slides) and mastery in structuring complex executive choices to drive swift consensus.

Authorization to Work in the U.S.:ย Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. DISCO is not currently sponsoring visas, including, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, or EAD, and we are not accepting visa transfers.
