Job Summary

As a Sr. Product Manager for the Supply Product, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products that support and empower our Providers and Technicians. This role focuses on identifying high-impact product opportunities, translating user and business needs into scalable solutions, and driving measurable outcomes through strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and business partners to deliver products that improve the end-to-end experience for our supply ecosystem while supporting company growth and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply product.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Provider and Technician needs, workflows, and pain points.
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities using data, customer insights, and business goals.
  • Create epics, themes, and user stories to clearly define product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
  • Participate in product planning across multiple product teams to ensure alignment and cohesive experiences.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships and solutions from a build vs. buy and ROI perspective.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
What You Need
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Comfort managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and the demands of a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
