Job description

Job Summary:
Canary Technologies is changing the game for hotels with modern software powered by Canary's hospitality-specific AI platform. As the Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager, you will own the analytics infrastructure and cross-functional processes, driving operational cadences that ensure the company's growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Be the glue between GTM and EPD
• Help EPD with the various activities that touch cross-functional teams: product and launches, enablement, feedback loops, etc.
• Collaborate with Product Leads and PMs to instrument new features, define success metrics, and deliver launch reporting that informs iteration.
• Quantify operational improvements and communicate impact clearly to team. Build measurement frameworks that become organizational standards.
• Inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization through data-driven analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights that sharpen the team's bets.
• Shape cross-functional planning processes that translate strategy into measurable team commitments.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies across product operations and propose scalable solutions, whether through tooling, process design, or automation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Comfortable working across functions (Product, CS, Sales, Marketing) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• 5+ years in product operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
• SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Omni, or similar) to build dashboards and data models.
• Track record of owning KPI frameworks, building reporting cadences, and driving data-informed decisions across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong operator with excellent program management skills, bias for action, and ability to drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences and build buy-in for operational changes.
Preferred:
• Experience in hospitality tech, enterprise SaaS with strategic accounts, or building product analytics at a growth-stage company.
