Job Description

As a Senior Producer, you'll be actively engaged with the creative team and have confidence in handling challenging assignments to ensure that the highest standards are met while maintaining the best production values.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Run complex productions
  • Be creative in execution/budgetary approach
  • Review/select/recommend directors/editors/animators, etc
  • Have the skills to handle foreign shoots/negotiate foreign talent
  • Schedule production timetables
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new developments
  • Possess a complete understanding of contractual agreements between agency, vendors and talent
Qualifications

We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Four year degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5-7 years in agency production as an agency producer
  • Creativity and innovative problem solving skills required
  • Mentor junior producers and educate co-workers in other capabilities working with the department
  • Maintain a positive can-do attitude and passion for excellence even in high-pressure situations
  • Must have reel and examples of work
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALLE, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation

 Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $111,100.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
