Job description

At Activate, we don’t just plan events — we build experiences people remember.

From immersive live events and mobile tours to custom PR kits and large-scale brand activations, our team creates real-world experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands. We’re looking for an Associate Producer who wants to be in the middle of the action — someone excited by fast-paced projects, creative problem-solving, travel, logistics, and bringing ideas to life.

This role is for someone who:

  • Loves live events, experiential marketing, and production
  • Wants to grow into a Producer role
  • Can balance creativity with organization
  • Thrives in environments where no two days look the same
  • Is excited by hands-on execution, not just sitting behind a desk

One day you might be sourcing custom event assets or coordinating vendors. The next, you could be onsite helping execute a national mobile tour, managing show flow, solving last-minute challenges, or helping transform a blank venue into a fully immersive brand experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Producers across live events, activations, tours, and experiential campaigns
  • Assist with budgets, timelines, vendor sourcing, logistics, and production documentation
  • Help bring creative concepts into physical, real-world environments
  • Coordinate onsite execution and support live event operations
  • Help manage fast-moving projects with multiple moving parts
  • Problem-solve in real time when things inevitably change onsite

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in events, experiential, production, hospitality, entertainment, or related industries
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Willingness to travel
  • Someone proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus

Why Activate?

We’re a growing experiential agency where people wear many hats, collaborate closely, and have real opportunities to grow. We value team players, creative thinkers, and people who genuinely love producing memorable experiences.

  • If you’ve ever wanted to see your work physically come to life, this is the role for you!
