Common challenges include prioritizing urgent cases, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and maintaining clear communication with loan officers and underwriters. To overcome these challenges, it is important to implement efficient time-management strategies, stay updated on industry guidelines, and leverage workflow tools or checklists. Strong organizational skills and proactive collaboration with team members also play a key role in managing workload effectively.
