JIT/JIS Process and Equipment Development: Plan and develop Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) processes, concepts, and equipment to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of modules from suppliers to the point of fit on the assembly line.
Material Flow Management: Manage and optimize both manual and automated material flow processes, covering the entire path from supplier facilities to dock doors and through internal logistics to the final point of use in production.
Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate closely with JIT/JIS suppliers in the automotive industry to resolve delivery and quality issues, ensuring stable and efficient supply chain operations.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams—including logistics, production, planning, and supplier management—to successfully execute JIT/JIS strategies and ensure alignment across all departments involved in the end-to-end material flow.
