About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sr. Associate, Demand Management Support individual to join our growing team, embedded within the Demand Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the sales organization by driving operational efficiency, supporting complex sales cycles, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and internal processes. You will work closely with Sales, Bids & Proposals, Contracts, CSG, Engineering, and Program Management teams to drive operational efficiency, maintain accurate orders & pipeline data, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities

In your role on the Demand Management team, you will:

  • Generate internal purchase orders to help drive factory production and support tight customer delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Bids & Proposals, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning.
  • Monitor and manage critical production time fences and short-term forecast activities to ensure timely release of product specifications for execution.
  • Support sales operations activities including order acceptance, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and customer delivery commitments.
  • Maintain accurate forecast, pipeline, and customer data across CRM and demand planning systems.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance forecasting, sales operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and contractual requirements.

Required Capabilities 

  • Ability to comfortably work at both the aggregate and detailed level of demand planning
  • In-depth knowledge of forecasting methodologies
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint (MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player attitude; ability to develop strong working relationships with department representatives, managers and support staff
  • Ability to quickly acquire sound knowledge of company products and services
  • Ability to appreciate priorities and workflow, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to achieve problem resolution through interaction with internal and external customers and process owners
  • Acute attention to detail

Desired Education and Experiences 

  • Requires broad theoretical job knowledge.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
