Your Impact
The Senior Manager, Corporate Recruiting will serve as a strategic talent partner to Salesforce's Corporate client groups - including Finance, Legal, and Real Estate - advising senior leaders and driving a high-performing recruiting function. This leader will build, inspire, and develop a team of Recruiters to deliver against hiring targets while shaping long-term talent strategy. The ideal candidate is an exceptional people leader with a sharp analytical mindset, a strategic vision, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Responsibilities
  • Partners deeply with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and other Corporate clients, serving as a trusted strategic advisor, having a deep understanding of their business priorities and workforce planning strategies
  • Leads, motivates, and develops a high-performing team of Recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth
  • Owns and drives quarterly hiring attainment - setting clear targets, forecasting accurately, and motivating & holding the team accountable to deliver against quarterly goals
  • Develops and executes data-driven recruiting strategies that align with short- and long-term business objectives
  • Owns weekly and quarterly reporting on hiring performance, pipeline health, and team metrics; leverages data to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Builds and maintains trusted partnerships with HR Partners, Finance, and Headcount Managers to ensure alignment on headcount planning and prioritization
  • Champions career development and capability-building for team members, investing in their growth in business acumen, stakeholder influence, and recruiting excellence
  • Leads and participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive process improvements and elevate the impact of the broader recruiting org

Experience/Skills Required
  • Proven recruiting leadership experience, including managing a team of recruiters and partnering with senior executives - experience in a corporate or enterprise environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex, cross-functional client groups (e.g., Finance, Legal, Real Estate, or similar)
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding hiring targets while maintaining an exceptional candidate and client experience
  • Data-first mindset - highly proficient in recruiting analytics, pipeline reporting, and using data to drive strategy and forecast accurately
  • Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actionable talent plans and influence at the executive level
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders across diverse client groups
  • Experience managing large-scale, business-critical recruiting initiatives with measurable organizational impact
