Job description

Description
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Senior Account Manager to serve as a trusted digital strategist and consultant for a portfolio of high-value clients in the legal niche, not just managing campaigns, but shaping the marketing strategy that drives their firm's growth. You will own the omnichannel strategy across areas like SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads, Paid Social, Organic Social, and Design & Development, tying every channel back to each client's core business goals: case volume, cost per lead, and revenue, rather than reporting on channels in isolation.
The ideal candidate excels in client communication, thrives in dynamic remote work environments, and has a track record of building integrated strategies that elevate accounts to new levels of performance. You'll be central to client satisfaction, retention, and growth, positioning our agency as the strategic partner of choice.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic digital business marketer and consultant to high-value client accounts, building integrated omnichannel strategies across SEO, PPC, LSAs, Paid Social, Organic Social, and Design & Development that align with each client's business goals
  • Lead client communication as the main, consistent point of contact between clients and our team
  • Turn cross-channel performance data into monthly reports and strategic insights, identifying where budget and effort should shift to drive business outcomes
  • Spot gaps and opportunities in each client's marketing mix and industry landscape, advising on new services and strategic pivots
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep client goals on track
  • Manage priorities across a multi-client portfolio and internal projects
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Management role within a digital marketing agency, including experience specifically in digital marketing for Personal Injury Law
  • Proven track record of building and executing omnichannel strategies for clients, spanning SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads, Paid Social, Organic Social, and Design & Development
  • Experience advising clients on business strategy and growth planning as a consultant, not just campaign execution
  • Experience working with campaign diagnostic tools such as: Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns at once
Benefits
  • Starting base salary of $80,000, commensurate with experience, plus commission. Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $90,000-$110,000, depending on book size and performance.
  • Work remotely from home
  • Unlimited PTO
  • $100 Wellness Reimbursement Program
  • 401(k) with 3% Employer match (Safe Harbor)
  • 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance (For Employee)
